Hi Yvonne, today was the perfect example, everthing I went into this morning on my computer would not work, I was so frustrated so when I emailed patty about not being able to get into the new vainsiders website or that my password wouldnt work, etc. by this time I was ready to cry. She sent me back a smile and said "take a deep breathe" then I realized that my bad mood was disrupting and exaggerating everything I was doing, and may not have been as bad as it seemed. So attitude in this case definitly need some changing especially before the twins got home from school, so then they would not have ask dad why I was grumpy. Thank you for a great seminar too by the way, first one I have been too, and I will be to alot more.

How true Yvonne! Being in a bad mood not only makes yourself miserable but those around you and who wants to work with someone that's miserable? I often tell myself that my clients don't need to know if I've had a rotten day. It sure doesn't accomplish anything. Smiling, even when you're all alone and feeling blue, has been proven to make you feel better!
